Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from shop.cheekoai.in, operated by Altio AI Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products

Cheeko Pro is an audio-first AI learning companion for children aged 3–10. It has a small display that shows pictures, menus and characters. It does not play video, has no app store, no browser and no social feed.

2. Preorders and pricing

Cheeko Pro is currently sold as a preorder at a launch price of ₹5,999 (regular price ₹8,999).
You reserve a device with a ₹499 deposit paid online.
The remaining ₹5,500 is payable on delivery, or online by secure link before dispatch.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
Preorders placed now are scheduled for delivery in the first week of September 2026. If this changes, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund of your deposit.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. Where cash on delivery is offered, the balance is collected by our courier at the time of delivery.

4. Cancellations, returns and warranty

See our Returns & Refunds and Warranty pages. In short: cancel a preorder any time before dispatch for a full deposit refund; 7-day returns after delivery; 6-month warranty.

5. Using Cheeko

Cheeko is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Some features — Ask Cheeko and Imagine — need a wifi connection. Stories, cards and games work offline. Parents control content, language and time limits through the parent app.

6. Voice and children's data

Cheeko uses push-to-talk: the microphone opens only while the button is held. There is no wake word and nothing is always listening. How we handle your child's voice data is set out in our Privacy Policy. A parent or guardian must set up the device and agree to that policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Cheeko name, logo, characters, artwork, story audio and software — belongs to Altio AI Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a Cheeko device is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
