Cheeko is designed, assembled and shipped from India by Altio AI Pvt. Ltd.

Preorders

Cheeko Pro is currently sold as a preorder. Preorders placed now will be delivered in the first week of September 2026. We will email and WhatsApp you before dispatch with tracking details.

Delivery charges

Free delivery across India on all Cheeko Pro orders. There are no hidden charges at delivery.

How your preorder is paid

₹499 is paid online today to reserve your device.
The remaining ₹5,500 is paid by secure payment link, which we send before we dispatch your order.
Total: ₹5,999.

Nothing is charged automatically. You pay the balance yourself, using the link we send you. Orders for more than one device have a proportionally higher balance, and your exact amount is stated in your order confirmation.

Your ₹499 stays refundable right up until we dispatch. Change your mind before then and we return it in full, no reason needed.

Delivery time after dispatch

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive in 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster than remote pincodes.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Delivery areas

We currently ship across India. We do not ship internationally yet.

Failed deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails and the parcel returns to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout.
