Why we built it

Every story, every lesson, every game a child wants now lives on a phone. So the phone wins by default — not because parents choose it, but because there's nothing else to hand over.

Cheeko is the something else. It answers questions out loud, tells stories in the language your family speaks at home, and runs games that get children moving. Then it stops. It doesn't autoplay, it has no feed, and it never asks a child to come back.

A tutor, not a friend

We are careful about this. Cheeko is designed to teach and then get out of the way — not to become a companion a child feels attached to. Answers come from a curated, age-filtered knowledge base, not the open internet.

Yes, it has a screen

We'd rather say so plainly. Cheeko has a small display that shows a fox face, menus, story pictures and the drawings it makes. It never plays video, has no browser, no app store and no next episode. A screen that shows, never streams.

Made in India, for Indian families

Cheeko speaks 6 Indian languages plus English, with real recorded voices — not translated accents. Panchatantra, folk tales, rhymes and mythology, in the language your child hears at home.

Where we've been

We launched preorders at ToyBIZ 2026, Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, where hundreds of children played with Cheeko across four days.
